Solar Collector

A solar water heating system has as its main component a collector. Solar collector is consists of vacuum tube, manifold and bracket. Solar vacuum tube is composed of inner and outer tubes; there is vacuum space between them. The selective coating Al-N-AL or ALN/AL-SS/CU Coating are plated on the surface of inner tube which absorbs the sun energy and transfer heat to cooper pipe inside.

The liquid inside heat pipe will bring the heat energy to the condenser, and exchange heat to main flowing copper pipe in the manifold. When cooled, the liquid will drop down to the bottom of copper pipe. So there is a circulation in copper heat pipe. The liquid of main flowing copper pipe will take heat energy and have a heat transfer circulation. The aluminum fin can fix cooper pipe inside vacuum tube. There is insulation layer in manifold which can keep warm.
