Non-Pressurized Solar Heater

Non pressurized solar heater is used for heating water through solar energy. It consists of vacuum tube and solar water tank. The solar collector and storage water tank is connected together, water tank on the top and collector panel on the bottom, the water flows automatically between the collector and the water tank. These water heaters are easy to install and require very less maintenance. Non-Pressurized water heaters are generally cheaper then pressurized solar water heater.

The selective coating on the inner tube absorbs sun energy and converts it into heat energy which heats the water in the vacuum tube. According to density of the water, hot water rises, cold water goes down. The hot water in the vacuum tube raises into the solar water tank, meanwhile, the cold water in the tank flows down to the solar collector. It forms a water circulation between the solar collector and solar water tank. Gradually, the water in the tank can be heated and reaches a high temperature.
